Jessica Hanks: Beach Babe

We were lucky to have Zach's sister Jessica come visit us for a week! It's always fun for us to have a visitor because we go places and see things that we normally don't get around to. Highlights of the week include hiking and yoga in Runyon Canyon, a trip to the Beverly Hot Springs (a natural hot springs in Koreatown. Who knew?), visiting Greystone Mansion and gardens, a beach day in Santa Monica, and meals at our very favorites Rahel and Cafe Vivoli. We also discovered what are possibly the best french fries in Los Angeles at a little stand by the beach.

I'm glad that Jess got to experience some very "LA" moments: doing yoga next to a man with bearded dragon lizard on his shoulder, not being able to find a parking spot, buying a tiny $4 cup of coffee, not being able to access certain streets due to Gay Pride Week, and overhearing the outrageous conversations of LA teenagers.
